Takedown requests
SymbolMint does not host files from visitors. Text images, QR codes and fancy text are made in each visitor's browser and are never uploaded. What the site does publish is its own content: the symbol library and page text, the card styles and their names, and the fonts it serves.
If you believe any of that infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email admin@symbolmint.com with the subject line "Takedown request".
What to include
- Your name, and an email address or phone number where we can reach you.
- The address (URL) of each page with the content you are asking about.
- What the content is, and which right you believe it infringes: for example the work you own, or the trademark and its registration number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.
How requests are reviewed
A person reads every request and replies by email. If the claim is clear and valid, we remove or change the content and tell you what was done. If we need more information, or do not believe the content infringes, we explain why. Each card style lives on its own page, so a valid complaint about one style is resolved without affecting the rest of the site.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our message with your reasons and we will look at it again.
Images people make
Images and QR codes made with SymbolMint belong to the people who make them, and they are responsible for how they use them. We cannot remove an image that someone has downloaded and posted elsewhere; please contact the platform where it appears.
