Heart exclamation

U+2763 · Dingbats

Meaning and uses

A heavy heart sitting on a dot, shaped like an exclamation mark. It adds emphasis to a loving message, and because it is also an emoji, some apps draw it in red. Use it to end a caption with warmth instead of a plain exclamation mark.
